Every roof gets a free in-person assessment first. Sean or Shawn walks it and takes photos. Then you get a plain-language answer for each building:

  • Which roofs qualify for treatment now
  • Which need repairs before anything else
  • Which are at end of life and need replacement dollars

No jargon and no padded scope. If a roof doesn't qualify, we say so in writing. The photos slot straight into your capital plan or board package.
